We are not responsible for the content posted by users. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information posted on the platform (e.g., job postings, endorsements). You use the platform at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform (e.g., reliance on misleading information, connection with unreliable users).

6. Endorsements and Recommendations

Users are responsible for the accuracy of any endorsements or recommendations they provide on other users’ profiles. False or misleading endorsements may be removed and may violate user conduct guidelines.

7. Job Postings and Recruitment

Employers and project-contracing organisations (or its representation) are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job or project postings on the platform. Users may not share job postings outside the platform without permission from the employer. [WASL Community]may charge fees for premium job postings or facilitated recruitment services (e.g., featured listings, talent searches, published project opportunities).

8. Third-Party Integrations and Services

**Terms and Conditions for Creating and Managing Groups and Members

1. Group Creation and Membership

· Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create or join a WASL Community group.

· Group Purpose: Groups must be created for professional or networking purposes, or industry-specific discussions.

· Group Description: Group descriptions must accurately reflect the group’s purpose and target audience.

· Membership Approval: Group creators can choose to have open membership (anyone can join) or require approval from the group administrator(s) before joining.

· User Conduct: All members are responsible for their content and activity within the group. The following are prohibited:

o Spamming, promoting unrelated content, or self-promotion in a disruptive manner.

o Posting offensive, discriminatory, or harassing content.

o Sharing confidential information or violating intellectual property rights.

o Engaging in illegal or unethical activity.

2. Group Management

· Group Administrators: Group creators will be designated as group administrators with the ability to:

o Approve or deny group membership requests.

o Edit group details and descriptions.

o Remove members who violate group guidelines or Terms and Conditions.

o Moderate group discussions and content.

o Assign additional administrator roles (optional).

o Deactivate the group (optional).

· Responsibility: Group administrators are responsible for maintaining a professional and respectful environment within the group. They should establish clear community guidelines specific to the group’s focus.

**Terms and Conditions for Live Events (Hosts and Participants)

1. Eligibility and Guidelines (Hosts and Participants)

· Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create or participate in a live WASL Community discussion, podcast or any other live event.

· Topic and Content: Live events must focus on professional networking, career development, or industry-specific topics.

· Content Standards (Hosts and Participants): All participants (including hosts) must comply with our platform-wide Terms and Conditions, including prohibitions on:

o Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination

o Spamming or self-promotion in a disruptive manner

o Sharing confidential information or violating intellectual property rights

o Illegal or unethical activity

2. Hosting and Moderation

Hosts:

· Responsibility: As the host, you are responsible for the content and conduct of all participants during the live event. This includes:

o Ensuring the discussion stays on topic and respectful.

o Muting or removing participants who violate content standards.

o Maintaining a professional and engaging atmosphere.

· Platform Moderation: [WASL Community] reserves the right to monitor live events and take action against hosts or participants who violate our Terms and Conditions. This may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

Participants:

Hosts:

· Recording Permission: You must obtain permission from all participants before recording the live event. You are responsible for notifying them of the recording and their options to opt-out.

Participants:

· Consent for Recording: By participating in a live event, you grant your consent to be recorded.

· Opting Out: If you do not wish to be recorded, you can notify the host of your preference to opt-out before the event begins. This ‘may’ mean you cannot participate, or will be consider audience and not a live participant.

Platform Recording:

· [WASL Community] may record live events for archival purposes or to promote platform activity. We will obtain independent consent from participants before using recordings for promotional purposes.
